Shipping Info: PRICING

All item pricing has HST/GST added to the listed price.

SHIPPING

We ship all products from Toronto, Canada- through Standard Shipping, using Canada Post.

Timing

We endeavour to send your item out within three business days, regardless of the destination.

Arrival within Canada can take between one and two weeks. For the United States, it can take up to three weeks. For shipping elsewhere, it may take up to four weeks. If your item takes longer than these standard times, please contact us so that further delivery options can be discussed.

Upgraded Shipping

If you wish to receive your item faster with guarantee, upgraded shipping options are available at a higher price at the time of purchase by contacting us and specifying which time of shipping you are seeking. Upon additional payment, your upgraded shipping option will be applied. This is especially useful if you are trying to send something around the time of a public holiday.

Fees

Buyers outside of Canada are responsible for the payment of all taxes, duties, postage fees and customs expenses.
